Role Overview

The
Zonal Business Manager (ZBM)
will lead the business operations, sales growth, and team management within their assigned zone for SAJRE-NAS. They will ensure zonal targets are achieved, teams are trained and motivated, and the brand presence is strong in schools and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive zonal business growth and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Manage and motivate Regional and District Enrollment Officers.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, NGOs, and educational institutions.
  • Execute zonal promotional and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth execution of online and offline competition rounds.
  • Track performance, revenue, and team progress through daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with the National Business Head and Head Office (Dharwad).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or education management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team handling skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive, growth-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of education and competition-based projects preferred.
  • Proficient in English, Hindi, and local language of the zone.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.

Compensation
