Our client, a reputed diversified industrial group, is hiring a Guest House Manager for its corporate facility in Chandigarh. The role involves overseeing daily operations, housekeeping, catering, and guest services while ensuring comfort, hygiene, and smooth coordination.

Candidates with 5–10 years of hospitality or facility management experience and strong leadership skills preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day guest house operations, including housekeeping, catering, and front office.
  • Manage bookings for company employees, guest arrivals/departures, and ensure a pleasant stay experience.
  • Supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and service standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services as required.
  • Maintain expense records, budget control, and inventory of supplies.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with corporate office for guest schedules, approvals, and event arrangements.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate  Or  Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in hotel, guest house, or facility management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and service orientation.
  • Ability to handle staff, vendors, and guests efficiently.
