We're looking for an
AI Data Quality & Engineering Lead
to help drive excellence in data quality and annotation processes for large-scale AI/ML projects. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team, optimize workflows, and work with cutting-edge technologies in data annotation and quality assurance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Quality Analysts, ensuring top-tier data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and refine quality assurance processes and metrics (e.g., F1 score, inter-annotator agreement).
  • Analyze and report on quality trends, uncovering root causes of issues and driving actionable insights.
  • Manage annotation and QA tools (e.g., Labelbox, Dataloop, LabelStudio), ensuring optimal tool performance.
  • Drive automation and innovate with new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in data quality management or related roles within AI/ML or data annotation environments.
  • Strong technical expertise with annotation tools and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, data preparation, and model evaluation.
  • A passion for mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Background in agile tech environments and vendor-driven projects.
  • Experience with prompt engineering or large-language-model-assisted workflows
