Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves developing, implementing, and scaling advanced AI/ML models and tools in alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Google ADK, LangChain, and Langraph to design agentic AI systems, building and optimizing algorithms, and conducting research in neural networks and pattern recognition. Additionally, the ML Engineer will be tasked with ensuring solutions meet stringent compliance, governance, and data policy standards and actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks to design and optimize AI/ML models.
  • Proficiency in core Computer Science principles, including data structures and software architecture.
  • Expertise in Statistics and Algorithms to drive technical problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Experience with advanced AI tools and frameworks, such as LangChain, Langraph, and Google ADK, is a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of AI compliance, regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR), and cybersecurity standards like NIST and ISO 27001 is highly desirable.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
