Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer at our Gurugram location. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML-driven solutions, with a focus on Agentic AI, Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph frameworks. Key responsibilities include researching and developing algorithms, building neural network components, and ensuring that AI systems comply with global standards such as GDPR, NIST, and ISO requirements. The role also requires close collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams to drive operational alignment between AI innovations and enterprise governance frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, including proficiency in Algorithms and advanced Statistics.
  • Expertise in Pattern Recognition and designing Neural Networks for solving complex problems.
  • In-depth experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, RAG, PyTorch, or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with global AI compliance standards and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, EU AI Act, or NIST.
  • Excellent problem-solving, computational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to optimize systems for both performance and regulatory adherence, ensuring secure scalability.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related domains; Ph.D. is an advantage.
