Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agentic AI/ML Engineer located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include designing AI/ML models utilizing tools like Google ADK, LangChain, Langraph, and Python. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and optimizing neural networks, implementing advanced algorithmic solutions, and applying statistical methods to fine-tune predictive models. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems, ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards, and contribute to the innovation of proprietary AI/ML platforms.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and advanced understanding of Machine Learning concepts
  • Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals, including Algorithms and Data Structures
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, particularly in Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Proven experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, Langraph, and Python
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical domain
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong track record in creating scalable AI/ML solutions
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and experience in high-demand regulated industries is an advantage
