Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Agentic AI/ML Engineer located in Gurugram. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on neural networks, pattern recognition, and statistical algorithms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical challenges, design innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards. Daily responsibilities include identifying patterns in large datasets, designing cutting-edge algorithms, enhancing neural network architectures, and contributing to the thought leadership of ADVICTA's governance frameworks for AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Machine Learning technologies
  • Proficiency in core Computer Science principles, including Algorithms and Software Development
  • Solid grounding in Statistics with demonstrated experience in applying statistical methods
  • Experience in designing, training, and implementing advanced AI/ML models
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other Gen AI technologies is an advantage
  • Understanding of AI ethics, algorithmic bias mitigation, data security, and regulatory aspects like GDPR and global data standards
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
