Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Agentic AI/ML Engineer located in Gurugram. The role involves designing and developing advanced AI/ML models to support cutting-edge innovation across various sectors. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning algorithms, implementing and validating neural networks, analyzing large datasets for pattern recognition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply AI solutions within strategic frameworks. The engineer will also address regulatory compliances and ensure data integrity while working with governance and policy standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Machine Learning concepts, including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Strong understanding of core Computer Science principles, including Algorithms and Statistics
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML models and proficiency in data analysis
  • Familiarity with global compliance frameworks such as GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST, and ISO 27001 is an advantage
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex problems into actionable AI solutions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in an on-site, interdisciplinary environment
