Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in our Gurugram office for an Agentic AI/ML Engineer. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and agentic AI systems, with a focus on natural language frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, and Langraph. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting advanced research, creating scalable solutions for high-demand sectors, and ensuring compliance with AI governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will also work towards integrating machine learning solutions with data governance requirements and addressing algorithmic accountability challenges.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and Algorithms
  • Experience with Statistics and Data Modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with Google ADK, LangChain, Langraph, and advanced AI/ML frameworks
  • Proficiency in developing scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions
  • Knowledge of data governance standards, including GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIST or ISO 27001 frameworks
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated industry
