Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agentic AI Engineer located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include developing and implementing advanced AI engineering solutions, designing and optimizing machine learning models with a focus on neural networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP), and contributing to software development processes. The role entails working collaboratively to design cutting-edge systems, applying core computer science principles, and developing robust AI solutions aligned with regulatory compliance and ethical governance frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Proficiency in Computer Science concepts, algorithms, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience in Software Development with a focus on AI-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with advanced AI and Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar)
  • Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy regulations, and frameworks such as GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST, or ISO 27001 is highly valuable
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in FinTech, HealthTech, or related industries is a plus
