We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying intelligent agents and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML, natural language processing (NLP), and integration of AI models into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and automation solutions.
  • Work on NLP/NLU pipelines for conversational agents, chatbots, and voice assistants.
  • Integrate AI models (LLMs, ML/DL models) into business workflows and applications.
  • Develop APIs and microservices to support AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Continuously improve agent performance with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and feedback loops.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

  • 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML application development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, , or Java.
  • Experience with NLP, NLU, and LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Rasa, or similar frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
  • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
  • Prior experience in chatbot development or automation systems.

Education

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
