Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for an Agentic AI & GenAI Engineer. The role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions within frameworks such as LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Langraph. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing neural networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, and LLM fine-tuning methods like LORA and Qlora. The engineer will oversee software development, support scalable architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI, and ensure compliance with industry-specific standards and data privacy regulations through close collaboration with AI Governance experts and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Pattern Recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Proficiency in Neural Networks and foundational knowledge of Computer Science principles
  • Proven experience in Software Development using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as LangChain, RAG, Langraph, LORA, and Qlora
  • Understanding of AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards
  • Ability to create scalable, secure, and regulation-compliant AI/ML solutions in complex, high-demand sectors
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
