Role Description

We are looking for passionate AI developers to join our AI team in building cutting-edge enterprise AI tools. This role involves leveraging machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies to build intelligent analytics solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Development of multi-agent AI workflows for autonomous decision-making and task execution, and agent-to-agent communication.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs), APIs, environments, or agents for enhanced execution and decision-making.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor AI behavior and ensure security, privacy, and ethical AI practices in all deployments.
  • Implement RAG pipelines to improve contextual retrieval and knowledge grounding.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features and improve existing ones.
  • Ensuring all quality controls and processes are adhered to.
  • Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science techniques.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Strong Python programming skills and knowledge about ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks) and LLM orchestration.
