Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Engineering Architect – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities

•    System Architecture Design\: Lead the design and implementation of robust system architectures that support AI product development. Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and efficient.

•    Software Engineering\: Oversee software engineering processes to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies seamlessly.

•    Scalability\: Develop strategies to enhance the scalability of AI systems, ensuring they can handle increasing loads and maintain performance standards.

•    Microservices Architecture\: Design and implement microservices architecture to improve modularity and facilitate easier maintenance and updates.

•    API Design\: Lead the design of APIs that enable seamless integration with other systems and enhance user experience. Ensure APIs are well-documented and optimized for performance.

 

Technical Expertise:

•    AI product development\: Manage the end-to-end development of AI products, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver value to clients. Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge technologies.

•    Technical expertise\: Maintain a high level of technical expertise in system architecture and software engineering. Continuously update skills through research, training, and attending industry conferences.

Minimum Qualifications
·    Extensive experience in system architecture design and software engineering
·    Proven track record in designing scalable systems and microservices architecture
·    Strong proficiency in API design and implementation
·    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

•    Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Worked in large product companies
·    Strong background in system architecture design and software engineering 
·    Eager to lead and strategically drive the development of scalable AI products
