Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Data-DB Architect – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities
Design Data Model\: Develop and maintain comprehensive data models that support AI applications. Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements. 
Data Warehouse Design\: Architect and implement robust data warehouses to store and manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Optimize for performance and scalability.
Data Flows\: Design and manage efficient data flows across systems to ensure seamless integration and accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes.
Security\: Implement stringent security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
Team Management\: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data architects and engineers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning\: Develop and execute strategic plans for data architecture aligned with Agentic AI's goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in data management practices.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Experience in data architecture in a leadership role.

•    Proficiency in designing data models, data warehouses, and managing data flows.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Worked in large product companies

•    Proven track record of successful project management in data architecture.

•    Strong understanding of data security principles and compliance requirements.

•    Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
