Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Lead AI Engineer – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities
·    Application development frameworks\: Utilize Java and .NET frameworks to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
·    ServiceNow integration\: Lead the integration of ServiceNow into existing systems to enhance functionality and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
·    Cloud application deployment\: Oversee the deployment of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Develop strategies for efficient cloud resource utilization.
·    Mobile app development\: Manage the development of mobile applications that meet user needs and business objectives. Optimize apps for performance across various devices.
·    Restful services\: Design and implement Restful services to facilitate communication between applications and enhance user experience. Ensure services are well-documented and secure.
Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
·    Leadership\: Exhibit strong leadership skills by mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Drive initiatives that promote continuous improvement within the development team.
·    Strategic thinking\: Apply strategic thinking to align app development efforts with business goals. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to create competitive advantages.

Technical Expertise:
·    AI product development\: Manage the end-to-end development of AI products, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver value to clients. Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
·    Technical expertise\: Maintain a high level of technical expertise in application development and cloud technologies. Continuously update skills through research, training, and attending industry conferences.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Extensive experience in application development using Java/.NET frameworks
·    Proven track record in ServiceNow integration and cloud application deployment

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Worked in large product companies

•    Strong proficiency in mobile app development and Restful services

•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

•    Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
