Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Infrastructure-Security Lead – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities
·    Network Security\: Develop and implement robust network security protocols to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
·    Infrastructure Management\: Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.
·    Information Security (Infosec)\: Lead initiatives to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
·    Cloud Security\: Implement cloud security measures to protect data and applications hosted on cloud platforms.
·    Compliance Standards\: Ensure adherence to industry compliance standards and regulations, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
·    Data Warehousing Solutions\: Design and manage data warehousing solutions to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
·    Real-time Analytics\: Facilitate real-time analytics capabilities to enhance decision-making processes.
·    Data Governance\: Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, privacy, and security.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
·    Team Management\: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure and security professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
·    Strategic Planning\: Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure and security operations aligned with Agentic AI's goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in system operations.
·    Technical Expertise\: Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in infrastructure and security.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Proficiency in network security protocols, infrastructure management, Infosec practices, cloud security measures, compliance standards, data warehousing solutions, real-time analytics, and data governance.
·    Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services.
·    Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Experience in AI/ML product development or infrastructure/security practices in the AI domain.

•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

•    Certifications in security or cloud platforms are a plus.
