Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer. The professional in this role will design, implement, and optimize ML models, analyze large-scale datasets, and build robust pipelines for deploying AI solutions. Responsibilities include employing advanced algorithms to solve complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems, and ensuring compliance with global regulations during AI development and implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficient in programming languages like Python or Java, with strong skills in developing data pipelines and software architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying ML solutions at scale.
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, conduct research, and apply ML algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. A Ph.D. or research experience in ML is a plus.
- Experience in the legal-tech domain or working with AI ethics and regulatory compliance is highly advantageous.
