The Role

  • Position Title: Customer Support Executive
  • Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Job Summary/Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Executive with relevant healthcare experience to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Create weekly dashboard for customer complaints, issues, and resolutions

Ideal Profile
Qualifications

  • Graduate in any healthcare domain (preferred)
  • Language proficiency: Good English communication and technically sound
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
