Tangy Oak is a premium home décor brand known for crafting elegant wall clocks, mirrors, and customized décor products. We're growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Support Executive to join our team and deliver a delightful experience to our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities (KRA):
  • Call customers who have placed orders to confirm order details, address, and delivery information.
  • Posting Attractive content regularly three to Four times a week on Social Media (Instagram , Facebook , Whatsapp - Reels + Stories)
  • Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and email promptly and professionally.
  • Post and reply to comments on social media to improve engagement.
  • Call customers who have returned products and understand their reason for return.
  • Handle offline order inquiries — explain product details and convince customers to buy offline (Customer gets 5% extra discount; You earn 5% commission on every offline order).
  • Maintain Excel records for customer requirements, order status, and delivery updates. (Training will be provided.)
  • Call customers and encourage them to post positive reviews on Facebook & Google (Earn ₹10 per good review).
  • Compensation:Base Salary: ₹4,000/month
  • Sales Commission: 5% on each offline order converted
  • Review Commission: ₹10 per positive review posted
  • Ideal Candidate: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable with calling, chatting, and handling social media messages
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or social media handling is a plus
