Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Mumbai (Bhandup) with travel to other locations twice a month
Experience Required: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities:
- Attrition Management: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and partner with managers to reduce attrition.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth onboarding experience and conduct induction sessions for new joiners.
- Offboarding: Manage exit process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance records and ensure accurate tracking.
- HR Operations Support: Partner with teams to address day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or HRBP role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel twice a month to other locations.
- Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
