Experience handling international HRBP particularly in BPO/ITeS environments
Hands-on experience in resolving escalations, employee conflicts, and disciplinary matters
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management Good Have Skills :
Experience in BPO/ITeS industry, International HR processes, Core HRBP
Roles and Responsibilities :
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for international business processes.
Collaborate with business leaders to address workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Drive performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling in line with organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company guidelines, and HR best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to identify and address training and development needs.
Provide HR analytics, insights, and recommendations for decision-making.
Support organizational change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions Location :
