Hiring Manager / Sr. Manager HRBP (Mumbai) | Leading FMCG

We are hiring for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager – HRBP with one of India's leading Food Processing companies.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, diagnose organizational challenges, and drive a people agenda that supports business success.

Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline. Partner with HR COEs and leadership teams to implement updated HR policies and offerings.

Learning & Development: Support leadership development initiatives, career pathing, and succession planning to nurture high-potential employees.

Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace through engagement programs that enhance satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Organizational Design & Development: Drive organizational change, restructuring, and workforce planning to ensure agility and efficiency.

Performance Management: Lead the performance cycle, ensuring effective goal setting, feedback, and recognition to promote a high-performance culture.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and ethical standards while guiding conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.

HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to forecast needs, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous process improvement.

Candidate Profile:

Strong expertise in HR business partnering, change management, and performance culture.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Collaborative, empathetic, and adaptable personality thriving in a diverse environment.

Strong business acumen with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HRMS & HR analytics.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
