Position Summary
The HRBP will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, culture and engagement, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the companys goals.
Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, performance, employee relations, and talent development.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, company culture, and leadership capability.
Ensure the design and administration of competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits structures.
Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Maintain HR policy frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Implement HR systems and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on key people and organizational matters.
Requirements
A Masters degree or MBA in Human Resources is a must. Proven experience as a HRBP.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in leading HR in complex, growth-oriented environments.
Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with HR systems and data tools and candidate should be the resident of north or south region who is currently working in Mumbai.
