Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HRBP Intern. The HRBP Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations, understanding labor and employment law, and supporting performance management initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to various HR functions and have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field.

Qualifications

  • HR Policies, Performance Management, and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
