About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, performance management and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business and ensure seamless HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews and final selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Implement effective hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill.

2. HR Operations & Payroll Management

  • Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records and HRIS data.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction and exit processes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

3. HR Business Partnering

  • Work closely with business leaders to support organisational goals.
  • Drive performance management cycles and support goal-setting initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and grievance management.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational structuring.

4. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Coordinate and implement internal and external training programs.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Plan and execute engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performance work culture.

6. Policy, Audit & Compliance

  • Create, update and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and assist in internal/external audits.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 6–10 years of HR experience, including minimum 4 years in an HRBP role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
