Location: Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, performance management and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business and ensure seamless HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews and final selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Implement effective hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill.
2. HR Operations & Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records and HRIS data.
- Oversee onboarding, induction and exit processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
3. HR Business Partnering
- Work closely with business leaders to support organisational goals.
- Drive performance management cycles and support goal-setting initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Support workforce planning and organisational structuring.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate and implement internal and external training programs.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performance work culture.
6. Policy, Audit & Compliance
- Create, update and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and assist in internal/external audits.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 6–10 years of HR experience, including minimum 4 years in an HRBP role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
