About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive
HR Executive
with strong experience in
HR Generalist and HRBP activities
, who can independently manage both
Recruitment (50%)
and
HR Operations (50%)
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, employee engagement, HR documentation, and acting as a bridge between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (60%)

  • Handle
    end-to-end hiring
    for multiple roles (junior to mid-level).
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct preliminary HR screening and aptitude assessments where required.
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

HR Operations & Generalist Functions (40%)

  • Manage complete
    employee lifecycle
    , including onboarding, documentation, ID creation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, process improvements, and compliance tasks.
  • Support the HRBP in resolving employee grievances and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, monthly activities, and culture-building programs.
  • Conduct performance tracking, probation reviews, and feedback discussions.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs, absenteeism, and salary updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years
    of experience in
    HR Generalist and/or HRBP
    roles.
  • Strong command over
    recruitment processes
    and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Should be comfortable working in a
    UK shift (12 PM–9 PM)
    .
  • Must have
    own laptop
    .
  • Ability to join
    immediately
    or within short notice.
