We have an opening for
Human Resources Executive
to manage the entire HR work and oversee the day-to-day handling of the same.

From our head office, the candidate will manage total team strength of 70+ team members on all of our 5 tracks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee implementation of HR policies across all departments.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves and any discrepancy in the same.
  • Handle any new opening from preparing job description, assessment sheet, posting jobs, to screening candidates.
  • Staff Management
  • Manage the process of monthly, quarterly and annual performance review of all the candidates.Create duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and non-peak hours.
  • Motivate and monitor staff performance to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage budgets, and expenses targets for the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • .3+ years of experience in operations, or human resources.
  • .Empathic, strong communication skills, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • .Passion for motorsport, sports, or entertainment industry is a plus
