We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Store Manager to oversee our showroom operations and drive sales. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, managing sales, and interacting directly with clients, including architects and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales and Store Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in customers and professional clients (architects/designers).
  • Actively showcase and present our extensive range of products, including wallpaper, curtains, furniture upholstery, and other furnishing catalogs.
  • Manage and maintain the showroom, ensuring all displays are visually appealing, clean, and well-organized.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial customer inquiry and product selection to providing quotes and closing the sale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle inventory management for display samples and sales stock.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and prepare reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and management within the furnishing, interior design, or any related industry.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the Architecture, Interiors, Decorative Products, or Luxury Retail industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory for interacting with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to quickly learn and enthusiastically present a wide range of interior furnishing products.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a track record of closing sales.
  • Professional demeanor and a flair for visual merchandising and presenting products effectively.
  • Excellent persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the furnishing and interior design industries is a plus, with experience selling related products and services.
