Hiring: Sales Counselor / Program Advisor (Mumbai-Based)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp & email (no cold calling)
  • Understand needs, build trust, and guide prospects towards enrollment
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with empathy & integrity
  • Maintain lead tracking & share insights with the team

You are a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or counseling (education/wellness is a plus)
  • Excellent English + Hindi/Hinglish communication
  • Comfort with WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Sheets, and CRMs
  • Availability during webinar/community hours
  • Based in Mumbai (Must)
