Academic Counselor

.We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update CRM with counseling details.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve admission targets.
- Organize and participate in educational events, seminars, and open houses.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or admissions (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
