About Celebrate Sports
Celebrate Sports works with young and aspiring athletes, academies, and Corporates to build performance pathways, athlete management, and structured sports programs.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Head (Sports) to lead partnerships,
drive revenue growth, and expand our footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BD for school programs, academy partnerships, athlete services, and events.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in grassroots and high-performance segments.
- Build and manage relationships with schools, academies, corporates, and event partners.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, pricing models, and close deals.
- Own the sales pipeline — prospecting, meetings, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent Celebrate Sports at events, meetings, and networking forums.
- Track and report on sales KPIs; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in business development or sales — preferably in sports, education, or events.
- Degree preferably in Sports Management / Business Adminstartion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a target-driven approach.
- Understanding of the Indian sports ecosystem (schools, academies, federations) preferred.
- Prior experience preparing proposals and closing B2B deals.
