Celebrate Sports works with young and aspiring athletes, academies, and Corporates to build performance pathways, athlete management, and structured sports programs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Head (Sports) to lead partnerships,

drive revenue growth, and expand our footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BD for school programs, academy partnerships, athlete services, and events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in grassroots and high-performance segments.
  • Build and manage relationships with schools, academies, corporates, and event partners.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, pricing models, and close deals.
  • Own the sales pipeline — prospecting, meetings, negotiation, and closure.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Celebrate Sports at events, meetings, and networking forums.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years in business development or sales — preferably in sports, education, or events.
  • Degree preferably in Sports Management / Business Adminstartion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a target-driven approach.
  • Understanding of the Indian sports ecosystem (schools, academies, federations) preferred.
  • Prior experience preparing proposals and closing B2B deals.
