**Position Overview**

As the **Head of Placements**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the placement strategy, building strong industry connections, and leading a dynamic team to achieve placement excellence. This is a leadership role for a motivated professional passionate about transforming student careers and bringing industry recognition to the institution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Placement Strategy Development**: Design and execute comprehensive placement strategies to achieve successful career outcomes for students across all PGDM specializations.
- **Industry Collaboration**: Build and maintain strong relationships with top recruiters across industries, including Marketing, Finance, HR, Agribusiness, AI & Data Sciences, and more.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and manage the placements team to deliver on institutional goals and ensure seamless coordination of placement activities.
- **Recruitment Activities Management**: Oversee the planning and execution of placement drives, campus recruitment events, industry talks, and networking opportunities.
- **Student Career Support**: Work closely with students to provide career counseling, skill-building sessions, and personalized placement preparation.

**Performance Analysis**: Regularly review and analyze placement performance metrics, providing insights to enhance processes and achieve
- targets.
- **Proven Expertise**: At least 8-10 years of experience in managing placements for PGDM/MBA programs, with a successful track record of placing students in reputed organizations.

**2. Placement Officer (AI & Data Sciences)**

We are seeking a **Placement Officer** with expertise in **AI & Data Sciences** to support our students in securing internships and career opportunities in this cutting-edge field. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with employers, organizing impactful campus recruitment activities, and providing personalized career guidance to students specializing in AI & Data Sciences.
