VLR Training is looking for female full-time tele caller. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to engage with potential students and professionals who are seeking to enhance their software skills.This role involves counseling students, providing course information, generating leads, and following up on inquiries to achieve enrollment targets.Work from office. Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (IST). Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Calling Make outbound calls to potential students, working professionals, and corporate clients to promote software training courses. Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Explain training programs, course structures, and benefits clearly and effectively. Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, and follow up with students to ensure maximum conversions. 2. Student Counseling & Support Understand the training needs of students and guide them in selecting the right courses. Counsel students regarding career growth opportunities in IT and software development. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring a positive experience. 3. Coordination & Documentation Maintain an updated database of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments. Coordinate with the faculty and academic team to manage student schedules and class arrangements. Prepare and share daily/weekly call reports with the management team. 4. Marketing & Promotions Assist in promoting training programs via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails. Share details of new batches, offers, and discounts with potential students. Support digital marketing campaigns by helping in lead follow-ups from online platforms. Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Communication Skills Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Email). Familiarity with software courses (basic knowledge preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language. Ability to explain technical courses in simple and easy-to-understand language. Soft Skills Friendly, polite, and persuasive communication style. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
