Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive sales for our IT services & Edutech portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling software services, a deep understanding of client needs, and a hunger for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
- Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, or managed services.
- Schedule meetings, conduct presentations/demos, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals and solution documents.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain and update CRM tools for lead tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or IT services sales.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with domestic clients
- Understanding of digital transformation, SaaS, and cloud-based services.
- Network of potential clients or prior exposure to tech/business ecosystem.
