**Role Overview**: As a Business Development Executive at Techadlien Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in our sales strategy and market expansion efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

**Lead Generation**:

- Create and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.

**Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

**Networking and Relationship Building**:

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and generate business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and improve business offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
