Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Managix Technology, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our IT and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping businesses grow through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, email marketing, and professional networking.
- Research potential clients across industries to understand their digital and IT needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools and lead management strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand requirements and present tailored service solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams (design, marketing, and technical) to ensure successful project execution.
3. Sales Strategy & Market Research
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales and business strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive advantages, and emerging business opportunities.
- Contribute to proposal development, quotations, and contract negotiations.
4. Promotion of IT & Digital Marketing Services
- Present and promote Managix Technology's services such as:
- Web Development & App Development
- SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Software Development & IT Consulting
- Understand each service offering thoroughly to communicate value propositions effectively to potential clients.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and business growth metrics.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in an IT or digital marketing company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, software solutions, and web technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling digital marketing, web development, or IT consulting services.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools
- Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
