Junior Sous Chef – Indian/ continental/Bakery

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team in the Indian, Continental, and Bakery departments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Conduct quality control checks on food products and ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
- Support inventory management and ordering supplies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Bakery cuisine.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
