We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience and be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
- Ensure high-quality food production, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of Italian, Indian, Continental, Bakery, and Asian cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong attention to detail, focusing on quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
