We are looking for a dedicated and professional Commi 2nd Chef to join our team. A Commi 2 chef is a skilled culinary professional who will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in the hotel kitchen. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef or Sous Chef and are responsible for managing a particular section of the kitchen, such as the Chinese, South Indian, Indian Halwai, or Continental sections.

The duties of a commi 2nd Chef include preparing and cooking food to the highest quality standards, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time, managing their section of the kitchen and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

In addition to their cooking duties, you may also be responsible for ordering and managing inventory, training junior chefs, and assisting with menu planning and development. They must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
