Role Description
The Outbound Calling Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, understanding their needs, providing product or service information, and promoting appropriate solutions. The role also involves managing and updating customer databases, handling inquiries, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Executives will work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets and contribute to overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to effectively present and promote products or services.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry for maintaining accurate and updated customer records.
- Problem-solving and active listening skills to address customer inquiries and issues.
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to shared goals.
- Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
