The Cold Calling Specialist is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound calls. This role requires a confident communicator who can effectively present our offerings, identify client needs, and set up meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive communication style, and a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads, introducing our products/services and generating interest.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to prospective clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Continuously improve calling techniques and strategies to increase success rates.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Handle objections professionally and find solutions to client concerns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling or a similar outbound sales role.

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

  • Must known Zoominfo.

  • Must have calling experience with US or Canada.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
