Job Description

As a Call Handler at AMH Services, you will be an essential member of our Compliance Team, serving as the first line of contact for our clients. You will ensure timely checks on guards, monitor security activities, manage complaint logs, and relay important information to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client calls and queries.
  • Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to verify staff presence on-site.
  • Log complaints, incidents, and issues using designated forms and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor call activities and coach officers on booking-on processes if not using automated systems.
  • Review and manage incoming emails, routing them to relevant departments.
  • Respond promptly to situations arising from customer complaints requiring management attention.
  • Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and timely reporting.

Skills & Knowledge

Essential:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/call handling.
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving approach.
  • Patience and professionalism while interacting with customers over the phone.
  • Strong customer orientation with focus on security and safety.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Proactive with strong adherence to process compliance.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of tools like TimeGate is a plus.
  • A positive and collaborative team player.

Must-Have Skills

  • Flexibility to work in 247 rotational UK shifts.
  • Comfortable with high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends (rotational).
