Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Call Centre Executive with prior experience in the US sales process. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage US-based prospects, pitch products/services effectively, and convert leads into sales. Candidates with a proven track record in achieving sales targets in an international voice process will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to US-based customers and prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and persuasion skills.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed call logs, CRM updates, and follow-up trackers.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align on sales strategies and lead conversion.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, data security, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in US sales or US outbound calling process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral/US accent preference.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Comfortable working in US time zones (night shift).
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and maintain productivity.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and resilience.
