About the Role:

We are looking for a Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team and serve as the voice of our organization. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide information about our products/services, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or offers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets for call handling, resolution, and quality.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Executive or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail.
