Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, fostering relationships with potential clients, and promoting Knowledge Center's services to stakeholders in the construction and design industries. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, outbound calls to interested leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a strong client base through consistent interaction and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development, lead generation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with clients, especially within the construction and design sector
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for effective sales tracking and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Outbound calls experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the construction and design industry will be an added advantage
