About The Role
We are looking for a team of highly skilled Software Engineers to design and develop a Call Center Dialer Software from the ground up. This role involves building a scalable, secure, and feature-rich platform that integrates telephony, CRM, and real-time analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services for dialer logic, call routing, and CRM integration.
- Develop intuitive dashboards for agents and supervisors.
- Integrate VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP) and PBX systems (Asterisk/FreeSWITCH).
- Ensure compliance with security standards (TLS, SRTP, GDPR).
- Optimize performance for high-volume concurrent calls.
- Collaborate with DevOps for cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
