Job Summary

We are hiring Telesales Executives to handle outbound calling, explain product benefits, generate leads, and convert customers. The role demands strong communication skills, sales ability, and confidence in handling telephonic conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain product/service details clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Generate leads and track follow-ups effectively.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM accurately.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets.
  • Ensure compliance with scripts, quality standards, and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate, Graduate & Postgraduate can apply
  • Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers can apply).
  • Excellent English communication (V4/V5/V6 level required).
  • Confident, target-oriented, and good at customer handling.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, typing).

Salary Range

  • Fresher CTC: 25,000

    In-hand: ~20,900
  • Experienced CTC: 28,000

    In-hand: ~23,300
