Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele-Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing a client database, ensuring follow-ups, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Collaboration with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and providing feedback to improve services will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Tele-calling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
