Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales: Prospecting Qualification Discovery Demo Proposal Negotiation Closure Handover to Implementation
  • Acquire new enterprise logos employees) across Finance, Retail, CPG, and other B2C sectors
  • Build strong relationships with C-Suite executives in domestic and international markets (North America & EMEA)
  • Manage 60-90 day sales cycles with average deal values of $25K50K
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Implementation, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership
  • Expand Germin8's footprint in global markets and contribute to revenue growth

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with long consultative cycles
  • Proven success in hunting new business and displacing incumbents
  • Experience handling high-value deals ($25K–50K)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good to have: Experience selling to B2C enterprises, familiarity with international sales (North America/EMEA), exposure to working in small sales teams and reporting directly to leadership
